Take a closer look

GUI

Monitor remotely

Monitor and manage INERGIO Mini remotely through a clear and structured interface. The GUI gives visibility into system status, fuel level, and key operating data for fast diagnostics without on site presence.

Access real time data on system performance, battery status, fuel consumption, and fuel level in one view.

Track key parameters such as voltage, temperature, and operating mode, with clear system status and issue visibility.

Switch between multiple units within the same interface to maintain visibility across deployments.

Connect easily through Ethernet, USB or RS-232, depending on your setup.

operation

Autonomous operation

INERGIO operates when the battery needs support. It continuously monitors battery voltage, starts automatically when the configured lower threshold is reached, charges the battery, and shuts down once the upper level is reached. This start and stop autonomous operation allows the system to support solar without unnecessary runtime, fuel consumption, or manual intervention.

Field data: The graph shows real deployment data from a hybrid solar system between August and November. Across more than 15 activation events, INERGIO started, charged, and shut down automatically with zero failures. The system exceeded 1,600 hours of operation, produced 265 kWh, and showed only 2.5% power degradation.

Why switch to propane with INERGIO?

Easy to Handle

No proprietary fuel and complex logistics. Propane is safe, widely available, and easy to store and transport.

Costs Less

INERGIO powered by propane cuts refueling needs and lowers fuel costs up to 2.5× vs diesel generators and up to 9× vs methanol fuel cells.

Longer Runtime

High energy density means longer runtime between refills, fewer site visits, and dependable continuous operation.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, INERGIO’s SOFC system is designed for maximum reliability in remote and off-grid locations. It delivers consistent power output regardless of environmental conditions, operates autonomously without the need for constant supervision, and it functions seamlessly even in sub-zero temperatures. With high efficiency and uptime, it minimizes the risk of interruptions.

The INERGIO power pack is designed for long-term, low-maintenance operation. It delivers reliable performance for up to 10 years, after which a routine service is recommended.

INERGIO is completely weather-independent. It operates reliably in conditions ranging from –40 °C to +55 °C (-40 to 131 °F), starts even in extreme cold, and generates no frost or leaks that could damage equipment. Unlike many alternatives, it provides consistent performance in all climates, making it the ideal backup to solar power, ready to run regardless of weather or sunlight availability.

Yes. The INERGIO fuel cell can operate either as a primary power source or as part of a hybrid system with solar and batteries. It runs fully autonomously: once connected to the battery, the unit automatically switches on whenever solar power falls short and the battery level drops, recharging it and keeping your system running without interruption.

Installation is designed to be as simple as a diesel generator. The system is plug-and-play, requires no special infrastructure, and is ready to operate within minutes. Just connect it, power up, and you’re set.
