Process Engineer

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

‍Your Responsibilities  

• Develop, characterize, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure efficient and repeatable manufacturing.
• Lead the industrialization of new products and design updates in close collaboration with R&D.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements to increase throughput and yield.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Define process standards and create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Promote and support 5S and safe manufacturing practices within the production environment.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in product industrialization and production ramp-up within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to structure and optimize processes in a fast-growing industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems, ideally in fuel cell or energy-related technologies, is an asset.  
• Proactive and hands-on, with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Team-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
• Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
• Professional working level of French.
