Your Responsibilities
- Develop, characterize, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure efficient and repeatable manufacturing.
- Lead the industrialization of new products and design updates in close collaboration with R&D.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements to increase throughput and yield.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
- Define process standards and create and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Promote and support 5S and safe manufacturing practices within the production environment.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in product industrialization and production ramp-up within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to structure and optimize processes in a fast-growing industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems, ideally in fuel cell or energy-related technologies, is an asset.
- Proactive and hands-on, with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Team-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
- Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
- Professional working level of French.
