Your Responsibilities  

  • Assemble fuel cell stacks and system components (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic) according to work instructions and technical drawings.
  • Operate hand tools, torque tools, and precision assembly equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Handle sensitive components with care to ensure quality and reliability of the final product.
  • Perform visual and functional tests to ensure product conformity and quality.
  • Record production and test data accurately for traceability.
  • Report deviations, defects, or process issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S principles.

Your Profile

  • CFC in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience in precision assembly of electro-mechanical systems in a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Manual dexterity, precision, and high attention to detail.
  • Practical knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems; experience with fuel cell is an asset.
  • Welding experience is an asset.
  • Team-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
  • Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
  • Professional working level of French.
